We’re moving away from a monthly studio focus, and will be starting 8 week training blocks that are written just for you. Laura and I are excited to connect with you more, be more creative, and have dedicated time each month for making something special for you.
Here’s what the 8 weeks will look like:
New programming begins. Small group sessions on.
Ramp up week. Small group sessions on.
Ramp up week. Small group sessions on.
Deload week. Small group sessions off, open gym available.
Ramp up week. Small group sessions on.
Ramp up week. Small group sessions on.
Benchmark week. In our small group sessions, we’ll focus on strength, endurance, and/or functional movement benchmarks.
1-on-1 review & goal-setting session. Sessions will be virtual. Small group sessions off, open gym available.
