Push-ups are a classic for a reason. There are few things that feel more powerful than doing a push-up with control. In this tutorial, you’ll learn to tighten up your push-up technique and build confidence through the complete range of motion.
How to do push-ups:
Get into a plank position on your hands. Lift your core and actively press into the floor with your hands and shoulders.
Maintaining your active core and shoulder position, lower down to the ground with control.
Think about lifting your low ribs up first, as you press up to plank.
